Sixteen-year-old Summer McIntosh has been dominating the swimming world recently. She not only broke the world record for the 400m freestyle but also shattered the record for the 400m individual medley at the Canadian swimming trials.
McIntosh finished in a remarkable time of 4:25.87, surpassing the previous record set by Hungarian swimmer Katinka Hosszú at the 2016 Rio Olympics. This impressive performance comes just days after her record-breaking swim in the freestyle event, where she bested the defending Olympic champion’s previous record.
